Community-Based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) Consultancy

TruHealth Consulting would:

  • Evaluate the training needs of the state officials and health workers who will be part of the ADFIN programme at state and local government level
  • Develop a standardized training module and materials for both trainers and trainees
  • Develop the IMAM training plan according to WHO guidelines and training needs
  • Conduct the training at the state and LGA levels.
  • Develop mentoring and coaching guidelines and checklist for on-the-job training of health workers, training of trainers (TOT), and manuals and other materials for the training of the Health Workers, Community ADFIN Mobilizers (CAM) and ADFIN Lead Mothers (ALM)
  • Supervise the series of training of CAMs and ALMs at all levels
  • Provide technical support for the setting up of the Out-Patient Center (OPC) and In-Patient Centers (IPC) management of malnourished children in all the 5 ADFIN primary healthcare centers.
